Requirements to Apply

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
• Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire
• Minimum 1 year of surgical technologist experience preferred
• Previous experience within a hospital or healthcare system strongly desired

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Assist the surgical team during procedures by managing instrumentation and sterile setup
• Ensure proper surgical technique and sterile field maintenance
• Support case carts, turnover team, and service line assignments as needed
• Assist with circulating duties under RN supervision
