RN – Clinical Decision Unit (Full-Time, Days and Nights)

This .9 FTE night shift role offers the opportunity to work three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends—and includes a $10/hour night shift differential.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality, short-term care for patients awaiting diagnosis, treatment decisions, or inpatient placement
Monitor and assess patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions
Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate timely, effective care
Support patient transitions with strong education, discharge planning, and advocacy
What We’re Looking For:
Current Oregon RN license and BLS certification
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an acute care or fast-paced clinical setting
Adaptability, critical thinking, and a calm, collaborative presence under pressure
