Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 for eligible external hires
Pay Range: $45.67 – $85.73 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population
Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams
Administer treatments, medications, and interventions safely and accurately
Document all care accurately and participate in continuous quality improvement efforts
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active Washington RN license and BLS certification from AHA upon hire
Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an acute care or similar setting
National specialty certification preferred at the time of hire
