Salary Range: $230,829 – $300,077 annually DOE
Requirements to Apply
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Washington
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- CPR certification
- Minimum post-residency experience required (no new graduates)
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

Job Overview
This full-time Pediatrician role provides comprehensive care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults in both outpatient clinic and affiliated hospital settings. Physicians deliver primary, acute, and chronic care, including emergency management—while promoting preventive health, wellness, and patient education.
Schedule flexibility supports work–life balance:
- 4 days/week (10-hour shifts) seeing approximately 25–28 patients per day
- 5 days/week (8-hour shifts) seeing approximately 21–24 patients per day
Clinic hours operate between 7:30am–6:30pm. Responsibilities include outpatient visits, hospital-based duties, inpatient coordination, and participation in hospital call coverage. Providers collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in quality initiatives and peer review, and maintain accurate EMR documentation in alignment with clinical protocols and organizational standards.
