Join our dedicated team in Miami, FL, as a Registered Dietitian within our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This full-time, Direct Hire role is a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, focusing on comprehensive nutritional assessment and management to support the health and well-being of our elderly participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing nutritional assessments and reassessments for elderly participants.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to develop and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Oversee food service management, including creating monthly USDA-compliant meal plans for the PACE Center and ensuring quality control.
• Provide nutritional counseling and education to participants and caregivers.
• Monitor participants' nutritional status (e.g., weight, skin breakdown, chewing/swallowing changes) and provide expert recommendations.
• Supervise Dietary Aides and act as liaison with contracted meal services.

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian (CDR) and Licensed Dietitian in the State of Florida.
• Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition or Dietetics.
• Current Serve Safe Certification and BLS or CPR.
• Preferred: 1+ year experience working with a frail or elderly population.
