Pay Range: $33.44-$53.00/hour + up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Requirements to Apply

• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred based on experience level)
• ASN or BSN required (BSN required for RN III)
• Hospital-based inpatient nursing experience preferred
• RN Levels I-III considered based on experience (0-5+ years)

Job Overview

This full-time Registered Nurse role supports a 30-bed adult post-surgical acute care unit providing both medical-surgical and step-down level care. Nurses on this unit care for patients recovering from ENT, bariatric, plastic, emergency general surgery, gynecology, urology, and colorectal procedures, offering broad surgical exposure and varied acuity.

Schedule & Setting

• Full-Time (0.9 FTE)
• Day & Night Shifts Available
• Night shift rotates weekends
• Acute-care hospital setting with mixed med/surg and step-down acuity

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to post-operative med/surg and step-down patients
• Monitor patient status, identify changes in condition, and escalate care appropriately
• Administer IV medications, fluids, and blood products per protocol
• Collaborate with surgeons, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families throughout recovery and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and support care coordination
• Participate in unit-based quality, safety, and performance initiatives
