MDS Nurse Coordinator
Central Vermont Medical Center’s (CVMC) is looking for a talented MDS Nurse (RN) Coordinator.
Under the general direction of the Director of Nursing Services and in collaboration with the Nursing Unit Managers, the MDS Nurse Coordinator is accountable for ensuring the completion of a comprehensive assessment of resident’s needs and the development of a resident plan of care designed to meet resident needs. Promotes communication of resident’s status, condition changes and residents with the Nursing Unit Manager and other members of health care team. Functions within the limits of Vermont Nurse Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Nurses, Nursing Standards of Practice, Administrative and Nursing Department Policies and Procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives and goals of CVMC/Woodridge and Nursing Department.
