A PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) provider in the Denver Metro Area seeks a Family Medicine (FM) Physician to join their successful and growing program:

• Provide care to PACE participants in various settings
• Low patient volume allowing for comprehensive care
• Shared call; low frequency
• Board eligibility/board certification in Family Medicine required
