Requirements to apply
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, MSPT, MPT, or DPT)
• Active New Hampshire PT license (or eligibility)
• Current BLS certification (AHA accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience (not open to new grads)

Full-time Physical Therapist role (40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30) delivering inpatient and outpatient rehab services at a mission-driven, not-for-profit community hospital in southwestern New Hampshire.

Job Overview
Provide evidence-based evaluation, treatment, and re-evaluation across a pediatric-to-adult caseload in both acute care and inpatient rehab, with potential outpatient coverage. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, communicate care plans with patients and families, and complete timely, accurate documentation and quality assessments. Inpatient schedules may include occasional weekend and holiday rotations.
