Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or PNP

A leading neonatal care group located in Tennessee and Kentucky is seeking experienced Neonatal or Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NNPs or PNPs) to join our team and provide compassionate care for higher risk neonates in community hospital NICUs. In this critical role, you will operate with full autonomy and perform life-saving procedures to enable neonates to receive necessary treatment closer to home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced neonatal care including attending high risk deliveries, placing central lines, performing intubations, arterial line insertion, lumbar punctures, chest tube placement, and other critical interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other providers to develop evidence-based care plans
• Educate and support families through their NICU journey
