  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or charge nurse experience
  • BLS (AHA) required upon hire; ACLS (AHA) required for Step Down patient care

Job Overview
We're seeking a dynamic RN Manager to lead a 27-bed Medicine Step Down/Intermediate unit comprised of 11 Step Down and 16 Med Surg beds. This team delivers care to a broad range of complex and lower-acuity patients requiring close monitoring and high-level clinical support. The RN Manager will lead unit operations, staff development, and patient care quality with a focus on building a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
