Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Tech (CST) or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and instrumentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure trauma situations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in an OR is a plus but not required.
