A major hospital in Alaska is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)for progressive state-of-the-art team-oriented Long-Term Care (LTC) unit located about 2 hours from Anchorage. This is a position where an RN and LPN can really make a difference in the lives of patients by providing a wide range of care while maintaining a great work / life balance.

• Maintain communication with residents and family
• Supervise resident nursing care to a specific group of elders 
• Work as an integral part of the care team for a specific group of elders

• Either current RN license in Alaska or the ability to obtain licensure prior to start
• New grad RNs will be considered
• At least 6 months experience as an RN in an acute care, LTC, or rehab center is preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire
