Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Medical/Surgical team in Spokane, WA. As a Med/Surg RN, you will provide direct patient care to adult patients in a fast-paced, diverse clinical environment. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care to individuals with a wide variety of medical conditions.
Assess patient health status, including physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor and document patient progress, including response to treatment and any changes in condition.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, care procedures, and discharge plans.
Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control standards and hospital policies.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Nursing degree (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program.
Licensure: Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or ability to obtain prior to start.
Experience: This is a New Graduate position; no prior experience required.
