Diagnostic Technologist

Job Summary:

Our client is hiring Diagnostic Technologists at all experience levels, including new graduates. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive clinical team and grow your career in medical imaging.

Location: Northwest, North Central, Southwest, West Central, and Central PA

What You’ll Do:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as directed
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout exams
• Operate imaging equipment and maintain image quality standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to support accurate diagnoses

What We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Technology program
• Eligible for certification/licensure in Pennsylvania
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
• New grads and experienced technologists encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $24 – $41/hour
• Sign-on bonus:
  o $10,000 with less than 1 year of experience (2-year commitment)
  o $15,000 with more than 1 year of experience (2-year commitment)
  o Bonus paid within 90 days of start date
