Registered Respiratory Therapist – Adult Respiratory (Nights)
Location – Oklahoma City, OK
Levels I, II, III – Based on Experience and Certification
Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based respiratory therapy, including assessments, interventions, and patient education, under medical direction.
Manage advanced life support equipment and ensure optimal function for ventilatory care.
Contribute to interdisciplinary care planning, using disease-specific protocols and patient-driven care pathways.
Accurately document therapies, progress, and patient responses to treatment in the medical record.
Qualifications (Level I):
Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
0–3 years of experience; CRT within 90 days and RRT within 1 year of hire.
Active RCP license (Oklahoma State Medical Board) and BLS required; ACLS within 3 months.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess cardiopulmonary conditions in diverse adult populations.
Qualifications (Level II & III):
Minimum 3 years (Level II) or 5+ years (Level III) of respiratory care experience.
Current RRT certification and RCP licensure in Oklahoma required.
BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required.
For Level III: Adult Critical Care Specialty (ACCS) credential from NBRC required upon hire.
