Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions. This role involves assessing patients, developing customized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
-Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop tailored treatment plans that promote independence and functionality.
-Implement evidence-based occupational therapy techniques to improve patients’ daily living skills, motor functions, and overall well-being.
-Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs.
-Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
-Participate in staff meetings, continuing education opportunities, and community outreach programs as needed.

Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (Master’s degree preferred).
-Licensure: Active Occupational Therapy license in [State] or eligibility to obtain licensure.
-Experience: Previous experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
-Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
-Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
