Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU Fellowship

SUMMARY

A large hospital in the Tri-Cities area is searching for a permanent Registered Nurse for their NICU Unit. This is a fast-paced unit made up of caring individuals who put the patient’s safety and concerns before themselves. This is very much a team-like atmosphere and it’s an excellent opportunity to provide quality care to patients in an environment that fosters transparency, respect and partnership!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients
• Administer medication as instructed by physicians
• Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient's condition
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes
• Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavioral problems

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of acute care nursing experience
• Nursing degree/diploma required. Must be willing to obtain a BSN within 3years of hire
• Current WA Registered Nurse (RN) license (or ability to obtain)
