Requirements to Apply

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
  • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration (or eligibility to obtain)
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association) required upon hire
  • Minimum 1 year of surgical technologist experience preferred
  • Previous experience within a hospital or healthcare system strongly desired

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain sterile surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures with setup and instrument handling
  • Maintain a sterile field and uphold surgical safety protocols
  • Support turnover team, case carts, and service line assignments as needed
  • Assist with circulating duties under RN supervision
