Salary Range: $225,000 – $275,000 annually + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance
Requirements to Apply
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine in Arizona
- Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing with accepted health plans
- Current BLS certification
- Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience in group practice or community health setting
- 1–2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome)

This full-time outpatient opportunity offers physicians the chance to practice comprehensive primary care within a Federally Qualified Health Center network serving diverse communities throughout Tucson.
Providers deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, routine physicals, screenings, and treatment planning for patients across the lifespan. Physicians collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, utilize Athena EMR for documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives that support evidence-based, patient-centered care.
