Salary Range: $115,000–$145,000/year + RVU Incentive Bonus
(Higher range available for highly experienced candidates)


Requirements to Apply
Active Washington State licensure as ARNP or PA-C
NCCPA certification required for PA-C candidates
Current CPR certification
Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
Prior family practice experience strongly preferred

Job Overview
The Advanced Practice Provider delivers comprehensive primary, acute, chronic, and urgent care services within a collaborative, mission-driven rural healthcare setting. Working under the guidance of a Physician Preceptor and within established clinical guidelines, this role blends clinical autonomy with team-based care to support underserved and rural populations.

As a key provider, you’ll help restore and maintain patient health while contributing to integrated care delivery across clinic, community, and outreach settings.


What You Will Do
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop care plans
Deliver direct patient care in primary and urgent care settings
Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based treatment
Assume clinical responsibility for patient outcomes under preceptor oversight
Provide care in satellite clinics and community programs (e.g., well-baby visits, sports physicals, migrant health screenings)
Support perinatal services and provide backup for maternal health programs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on public health initiatives
Promote a culture of respect, service, and community empowerment
Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance
