We're seeking a Mammographer Technologist I who is committed to clinical excellence and heartfelt service. What You’ll Do:
- Perform high-quality mammography and general diagnostic imaging with a strong focus on accuracy and patient comfort.
- Support Radiologists with biopsies, post-biopsy imaging, and specialized breast exams.
- Be a compassionate guide for patients, providing reassurance and care throughout the imaging experience.
- Practice ALARA principles and ensure the highest standards of radiation safety.
- Use your clinical judgment to adjust technical factors and optimize image quality.
- Maintain professional rapport with colleagues, providers, and patients alike.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture that emphasizes collaboration, ethics, and empathy.
What You Bring:
Required Licenses & Certifications:
- California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) with Mammography (CRT-M)
- ARRT registration
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D Mammography/Tomosynthesis
- Experience with breast biopsies and DEXA scanning
- Ability to perform diagnostic and implant exams
- Bonus: Bilingual in Cantonese, Spanish, or Vietnamese
Your Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Specific shifts may include 8-5, 8:30-5:30, or 9-6 depending on clinic needs
Your Compensation:
- Hourly Pay: $63.36-$72.95 (DOE)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
