Salary Range: $290,000–$310,000 annually


Requirements to Apply

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Active and unrestricted California medical license
• Board Certified in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Registered Medi-Cal provider
• Active DEA license
• Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred

• Experience with electronic health records (EPIC experience helpful)

Job Overview
This full-time Pediatrician role provides comprehensive outpatient primary care services for pediatric patients in a diverse community health setting. The position focuses on preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, minor procedures, and ongoing care coordination for children and families.
Working within a patient-centered medical home model, the Pediatrician collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver culturally responsive, high-quality care to a multilingual patient population. The role includes supervising mid-level providers, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and promoting accessible healthcare services that advance health equity and community well-being.
