Pay: $57 - $78/hr based on experience ($10/hr Night Shift Differential)

Overview

Join a high-performing NICU team providing specialized, compassionate care for some of the most fragile patients. This full-time night-shift role (0.9 FTE) offers strong clinical support, opportunities to deepen your neonatal expertise, and additional pay incentives, including a sign-on bonus and night differential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns, ensuring safety, stability, and comfort.
• Monitor vital signs, ventilatory support, and feeding needs while responding quickly to changes in condition.
• Partner closely with neonatologists, RTs, and multidisciplinary specialists to support individualized care plans.
• Guide, support, and educate families during hospitalization, promoting bonding and confidence in newborn care.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Oregon RN license (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS certification; NRP required within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; neonatal or pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills, adaptability to fast-changing clinical needs, and a calm presence in high-acuity situations.
