Requirements to apply
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Sociology, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years in field sales and healthcare marketing/public relations
Valid California driver’s license; ability to pass TB/health screen
CPR/BLS and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
DHCS certification within 60 days of hire
Bilingual Spanish or Korean required

Job Overview
We’re seeking a driven and compassionate PACE Enrollment Specialist to grow program participation and build meaningful community relationships. This role focuses on outreach, education, and guiding qualified seniors through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate is persuasive, patient, highly organized, and able to confidently present to groups and individuals. This position splits time between the field and office and plays a crucial role in expanding access to comprehensive senior care.
Responsibilities
Outreach & Relationship-Building
Implement outreach strategy with scheduled weekly community engagement
Educate the community through presentations, events, and meetings
Develop and maintain referral sources and CRM tracking
Generate new leads and maintain full prospect pipeline
Present program benefits confidently and conversationally
Enrollment & Coordination
Conduct intake and coordinate with interdisciplinary care team
Schedule and conduct prospective enrollee visits and home evaluations
Facilitate enrollment conferences; collect documentation
Provide alternative resources when applicants do not qualify
Maintain accurate records and follow up on all leads promptly
Administrative & Compliance
Maintain marketing materials and support mailings
Meet key performance indicators
Ensure compliance with state and federal PACE guidelines
Participate in quality improvement, safety compliance, and staff training
Maintain participant confidentiality and uphold participant rights
General Expectations
Strong initiative, professional communication, and positive attitude
Ability to multitask, adapt, and prioritize independently
Reliable attendance, teamwork, and respectful interpersonal skills
Ability to lift 25 lbs and travel locally for community outreach

Located in Culver City and serving the West Los Angeles community, this role offers the opportunity to work across diverse neighborhoods, connect with local organizations, and positively impact seniors through grassroots engagement. Field work is primarily within a 7-mile radius. Training occurs in Reseda.
