The Dental Hygienist will work collaboratively with our dentists and dental support staff to provide preventative and therapeutic dental care to our diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities:
Perform oral health assessments, including reviewing medical history, dental charting, and periodontal screening
Provide preventative dental care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
Take and process digital dental radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and overall dental health
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Adhere to infection control and OSHA regulations
Collaborate with dentists and other dental team members to ensure high-quality patient care

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
Current SC Dental Hygienist license in good standing
Active CPR certification
Experience working in a community health or public health setting is a plus
