Pediatrician Job in Lancaster, CA – Flexible 4x10 or 5x8 Schedule – Outpatient FQHC Setting – Mission-Driven Pediatric Care


Job Overview
This full-time outpatient role provides comprehensive care to children and adolescents, including well-child exams, acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, and care coordination. You’ll work within a collaborative, team-based model, participating in care huddles and quality initiatives while maintaining strong documentation standards in the EMR.

Providers may choose a flexible schedule of four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts within clinic hours of 7:30am–6:30pm, offering both structure and work–life balance.
