  • DEA certification

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
  • Experience in FQHC or serving underserved populations

Family Practice Physician Job in Lancaster, CA – Flexible 4x10 or 5x8 Schedule – Outpatient FQHC Setting – 16–24 Patients Per Day


Job Overview
This full-time outpatient role provides comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in a mission-driven community health setting. Physicians evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions, develop preventive care plans, review diagnostics, coordinate specialty referrals, and maintain timely EMR documentation.

Providers see approximately 16–24 patients per day and may supervise advanced practice providers. Participation in care huddles, quality initiatives, and team meetings is expected. Clinic hours are 7:30am–6:30pm, with the flexibility to work four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts. Occasional travel between local clinic sites may be required.
