Salary Range: $310,000 annual base guarantee (2 years) + Signing Bonus + Relocation + Forgivable Loan up to $200,000


Requirements to Apply

• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration

Job Overview
This full-time Internal Medicine opportunity offers a community-based practice model within a multispecialty clinic environment. Physicians collaborate closely with specialists and academic faculty while delivering high-quality outpatient primary care.

Providers see an average of 18–20 patients per day with options for 32 or 36 patient-facing hours per week. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The care team includes nine Internal Medicine physicians and four Advanced Practice Providers, along with onsite radiology and dedicated clinical pharmacist support.

Call is shared and light (telephone only), approximately 1:15, with RN triage support. EPIC EMR is utilized. The patient population is diverse, offering meaningful engagement in comprehensive, evidence-based care.
