Salary Range: $375,000–$380,000 annually + $25K Sign-On Bonus


Requirements to Apply

  • Active and unrestricted California M.D. license
  • Must be a registered Medi-Cal provider
  • Board Certified in Psychiatry
  • Valid Federal Controlled Substance Registration (DEA)
  • Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
Preferred
  • Experience serving underserved populations or in FQHC settings
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Job Overview
This full-time outpatient Psychiatry role offers a flexible hybrid work model within a collaborative, integrative care environment. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions to a diverse patient population.

The position supports care across age groups and emphasizes culturally competent, patient-centered treatment. Physicians work alongside primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, and care teams to deliver coordinated services. While the role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities, opportunities for preceptorship may be available.
