Salary Range: $375,000–$380,000 annually + $25,000 Sign-On Bonus


Requirements to Apply

• Active and unrestricted California M.D. license
• Must be a registered Medi-Cal provider
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Valid Federal Controlled Substance Registration (DEA)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)

Preferred

• Experience serving underserved populations and/or in FQHC settings

Job Overview
This full-time outpatient Psychiatry role offers a flexible hybrid schedule within a collaborative, mission-driven care environment dedicated to expanding access to behavioral health services. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic care for a diverse patient population.

Working within an integrated care model, the Psychiatrist partners closely with primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, and care coordinators to deliver holistic, patient-centered treatment. The role supports patients across the lifespan and emphasizes culturally competent care, health equity, and improved access for underserved communities. While the position does not include direct supervisory duties, opportunities for preceptorship and mentoring may be available.
