Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Salary: $90,062 to $96,987 annually
Requirements to Apply
• Master’s degree in social work, social welfare, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health field
• Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or social services, preferably serving homeless or underserved populations
• Experience working within an interdisciplinary healthcare or behavioral health team
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Seeking Safety, and Motivational Interviewing
• Familiarity with mental health emergency procedures including 5150 holds, CPS and APS reporting, and Tarasoff requirements
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

Job Overview
