Cath Lab Technologist
Full Time | $40.08 to $64.13 per hour | Up to $30,000 Retention Bonus
Requirements to apply
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or related allied health program
- Active ARRT, RCIS, or equivalent cath lab credential
- Previous cardiac catheterization lab experience required
- Experience supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures
- Ability to participate in a rotating call schedule
- Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills

Job Overview
The Cath Lab Technologist assists physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include patient preparation, monitoring during procedures, and supporting emergent cardiac cases.
Most procedures are performed under conscious sedation, with anesthesia support when clinically required. When procedural volume is lower, technologists contribute to equipment checks, inventory management, departmental projects, quality initiatives, and continuing education.
Schedule
- Full time, 40 hours per week (four 10-hour shifts)
- Rotating call coverage required
- On call pay: $10.00 per hour
- Shift differentials:
- Weekend: $2.50 per hour
- Evening: $6.00 per hour
