Requirements to Apply

  • Active (or eligible) Indiana dental license

Job Overview
This Dentist role provides comprehensive general dental care in a community-focused clinical setting, serving patients with diverse needs. The position works closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and medical providers, and reports directly to the Chief Dental Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who values teamwork, patient education, and making a meaningful impact through accessible care.
The schedule offers a 4-day work week, with days determined by clinic needs, supporting strong work–life balance. The role blends clinical care with collaboration, leadership, and quality improvement in a patient-centered environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine and emergency dental care, including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Perform restorative procedures, crown and bridge work, removable prosthetics, uncomplicated endodontics, and minor oral surgery
  • Interpret diagnostic imaging and lab studies
  • Prescribe and administer anesthetics and medications as appropriate
  • Educate patients and families on oral health, prevention, and follow-up care
  • Supervise and collaborate with Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists
  • Participate in productivity review, scheduling, and clinical workflow optimization
  • Support staff education, in-services, and ongoing training
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and charting
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aligned with Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) principles
