Recreational Therapist – PACE Program
Salary: $34.37 to $38.85 per hour
Requirements to Apply
• Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Recreational Therapy, or Recreation with a Therapeutic Recreation specialization
• Current BLS and First Aid certification
• Fluency in English and Cantonese required
• Knowledge of recreational and social programming for older adult populations

Job Overview
We are seeking a Recreational Therapist to develop and lead a comprehensive therapeutic recreation program for older adults enrolled in a PACE program. This role focuses on improving participants’ quality of life through structured activities, social engagement, and community integration. Working as part of an interdisciplinary care team, the Recreational Therapist conducts participant assessments, establishes individualized recreation goals, and implements programs that support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and passionate about enriching the lives of seniors through meaningful activities and culturally responsive programming.
