Position Title: RN - Emergency Services
Location: Medford, OR
Pay: $51 - $77/hr + $12k Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver rapid, high-quality nursing care to emergency patients across all acuity levels, from triage through discharge or admission.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat emergent conditions.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, initiate evidence-based interventions, and respond confidently in high-pressure situations.
• Advocate for patients and families by providing clear communication, education, and compassionate support during critical moments.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Oregon RN license at time of hire.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS required within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience; emergency or acute care experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts (mid and night) in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour formats, with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
