Requirements to Apply
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active, unrestricted California medical license
- Current DEA registration
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Strong clinical judgment in managing acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Preferred
- Experience serving rural or underserved communities
- Supervisory experience with Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants

Job Overview
This full-time Pediatrician opportunity offers the ability to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The Pediatrician is responsible for examination, diagnosis, and treatment of common childhood illnesses and minor injuries, as well as long-term management of chronic conditions.
Providers maintain accurate documentation, coordinate care within a patient-centered medical home (PCMH) model and collaborate closely with advanced practice providers and nursing staff. The role includes educating families on health, nutrition, and development, referring patients to specialists when appropriate, and participating in team huddles and quality improvement initiatives.
Additional responsibilities may include supervising APPs, supporting regulatory audits, serving as a preceptor for medical and NP/PA students, and rotating between clinic locations as needed. This role offers professional autonomy within a supportive, team-based environment focused on meaningful community impact.
