Requirements to Apply

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration
• Current BLS or CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred

• Experience serving rural or underserved populations
• Supervisory experience with Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants

Job Overview
This full-time OBGYN opportunity offers the ability to provide comprehensive women’s health services in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The physician will deliver prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, perform gynecologic evaluations, diagnose and treat routine and complex conditions, perform deliveries, and prescribe appropriate therapies.

The role emphasizes patient-centered, community-based care within a collaborative team environment. Providers coordinate care with advanced practice providers and nursing staff, ensure accurate documentation, adhere to clinical protocols, and participate in quality improvement and regulatory initiatives.

Additional responsibilities may include supervising APPs, serving as a preceptor for medical students and NP/PA trainees, participating in daily team huddles, supporting audits, and rotating between clinic sites as needed. This position offers professional autonomy while working alongside supportive leadership committed to access and quality care.
