Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse in the Medicine Residency Program, you will provide direct patient care in an adult medicine specialty unit with exposure to intermediate-level monitoring. You’ll work collaboratively with pulmonary, medical, surgical, and glycemic care teams in a fast-paced inpatient environment while developing core nursing competencies through a supported residency pathway.
Key Responsibilities
Provide bedside nursing care to adult medical patients
Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes
Administer IV medications, fluids, and blood products
Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Who This Is For
New graduate nurses
Registered Nurses with less than one year of hospital-based experience
Candidates seeking a structured RN residency and transition-to-practice program

What We’re Looking For
Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license
BLS certification required
ASN or BSN preferred
