Salary: $100,000 to $131,000 annually
Requirements to Apply
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred
• Valid California Physical Therapy license or proof of license eligibility
• Minimum one to two years of clinical experience
• Experience working with frail or elderly populations preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an interdisciplinary care team focused on improving mobility, independence, and quality of life for older adults. In this role, you will conduct physical therapy assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions designed to improve strength, balance, endurance, and functional ability. The Physical Therapist collaborates closely with providers, therapists, and care teams to coordinate services and ensure each participant receives comprehensive, patient-centered care.
