Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support occupational therapy services for older adults in a collaborative care environment. Working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA will implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve independence, safety, and functional performance in activities of daily living. Responsibilities include assisting with patient assessments, administering therapeutic interventions, monitoring participant progress, coordinating rehabilitation activities, and documenting services in accordance with established care plans.
