Our client is seeking an experienced Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist to support complex procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Labs. This role is ideal for a confident, team-oriented technologist who thrives in a high-acuity environment and plays a critical role in patient safety, image quality, and procedural success.
What You’ll Do:
Function as a scrub and monitor during invasive cardiac and electrophysiology procedures
Prepare equipment, monitor image quality, and accurately capture and document procedural data
Anticipate patient and physician needs while supporting safe, efficient case flow
Assist with mentoring students or team members and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Work Environment & Schedule:
Onsite role in the Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology Lab
Collaborative, fast-paced procedural setting requiring strong teamwork and communication
Schedule and shift details determined with leadership; flexibility expected based on procedural demand
Active participation in team meetings, education, and unit-based initiatives
Qualifications:
Current certification as RCIS, RCES, or RT (ARRT); BLS and ACLS required
Minimum of 1 year of invasive cardiovascular or electrophysiology lab experience
Completion of required orientation and ongoing continuing education (12 CE hours annually)
Strong technical skills, sound judgment, and commitment to safety and quality standards
Professional Skills & Expectations:

Proficient with emergency equipment, troubleshooting image quality, and equipment accuracy
