Make a Difference When It Matters Most

You’ll work alongside interdisciplinary teams to deliver life-saving respiratory therapy, ventilator management, emergency response, and patient/family education across a wide range of clinical settings.

What You’ll Do

Advanced Respiratory Care

• Initiate, monitor, and manage mechanical ventilation including CPAP and BiPAP
• Perform ventilator setup, transport, alarm management, and patient handoff
• Assess patient response to respiratory therapies and ventilator adjustments

Patient Assessment & Treatment

• Perform respiratory assessments and therapeutic interventions
• Administer inhaled medications, oxygen therapy, airway clearance, and airway care
• Support tracheostomy and laryngectomy care
• Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff

Diagnostic & Critical Care Support

• Perform or assist with:
  • Blood gas sampling and analysis
  • Spirometry and peak flow testing
  • Bronchoscopy procedures
• Participate in emergency response and critical care interventions

Leadership & Collaboration

• Serve as a clinical resource or shift leader when assigned
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Support quality improvement initiatives and continuing education efforts
