We are seeking motivated Outreach Specialists with strong outside sales and marketing experience to join our missiondriven team. If you’re passionate about connecting vulnerable seniors with lifechanging care, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
As part of our Marketing, Outreach & Enrollment (MOE) team, you will be the driving force behind enrollment success—building trusted relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into our PACE program.
Joining our team means becoming part of a missiondriven organization that is transforming how vulnerable seniors receive care. You’ll be surrounded by colleagues who are passionate, collaborative, and deeply committed to improving lives. We offer:
Purposedriven work where every enrollment directly impacts a senior’s ability to remain safely at home
A supportive, teamoriented culture that values your voice, your ideas, and your growth
A stable, innovative healthcare model (PACE) that allows you to confidently represent services that truly change lives
Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training
A role with autonomy where you can build meaningful community relationships without highpressure sales tactics
If you want a career where your work genuinely matters, this is the place to be.
