Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Primary Care
Salary: $183,066–$228,227 + bonus

Requirements to apply

• Strong panel management and care coordination skills
• Ability to work across multiple clinic locations

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established outpatient primary care team. This role offers a balanced structure of approximately 50% direct patient care and 50% in-basket and panel management, allowing for meaningful continuity and relationship-building with patients. Providers manage their own panel while supporting team-based care, with an average of 10–12 patients per half day. The position operates Monday through Friday with minimal call (1 in 9 weekends) and includes flexibility across nearby clinic locations. Ideal candidates are collaborative, adaptable, and committed to serving diverse patient populations.
