Salary Range: $121,394 – $182,092 annually


Requirements to Apply

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Clinical Manager)
• Strong background in perioperative services and operating room leadership

Preferred

• ANCC or Magnet-recognized certification

Job Overview
This Clinical Manager – Perioperative Services role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic surgical services department within a 24/7 hospital setting. Supporting a pediatric patient population (newborn through young adults), you’ll oversee a 4-OR suite and procedure room while driving high-quality, safe, and efficient surgical care.

This leader holds 24-hour accountability for perioperative operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management for a team of approximately 35. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong surgical throughput, patient safety, and quality outcomes while mentoring staff, developing future leaders, and fostering collaboration across surgeons, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
