Pay Range: $30.92 – $47.30/hr + $8,000 Sign-On Bonus
Requirements to Apply
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program (CAAHEP or ABHES) with active certification through NBSTSA, JCAHPO, or NCCT
- OR completion of a Surgical Technology training program through a branch of the U.S. Armed Forces or Public Health Service Commissioned Corps
- OR “grandfathered” surgical tech experience between Jan 1, 2014 – Jan 1, 2017 in a hospital, ASC, or federal healthcare facility
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Job Overview
This full-time Surgical Technician opportunity supports the Operating Room team at a respected community hospital serving the Columbia River Gorge region. The Surgical Tech works closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to ensure safe and efficient surgical procedures while maintaining a sterile field and preparing the appropriate instruments, sutures, and supplies.
This role offers a day shift schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week, with call rotation once per week and one weekend every 6–7 weekends. Surgical Technicians play a vital role in patient safety and surgical outcomes by anticipating surgical needs, preparing equipment, and supporting the surgical team throughout procedures.
