Salary: $131,783 to $151,736 annually

Requirements to Apply
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required, Master’s preferred
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience working with frail or elderly populations preferred
• Knowledge of interdisciplinary care and senior care programs such as PACE
• Current BLS and First Aid certification
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced PACE Center Manager to oversee daily operations and interdisciplinary care delivery within a comprehensive Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating clinical and administrative functions, supervising multidisciplinary staff, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care for older adults. The Center Manager leads care planning, facilitates interdisciplinary team meetings, manages budgets, and serves as a key liaison between staff and administration.
