Salary: $100-120K/yr + $10,000 sign-on bonus
Requirements to apply:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Early Childhood Education, or related field
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Experience with early childhood development (ages 0–3) and family systems
- Knowledge of infant mental health, parent-child relationships, and developmental milestones
- Experience working with underserved populations in a community setting
- Strong interpersonal, motivational interviewing, and care coordination skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Early Childhood Development Specialist, LCSW to join an integrated pediatric care team through a nationally recognized early childhood model. This role focuses on supporting families with children ages 0–3 by promoting healthy development, strengthening parent-child relationships, and addressing behavioral, developmental, and emotional needs.
Responsibilities include conducting developmental and behavioral screenings, providing guidance on feeding, sleep, and behavior, delivering brief integrated behavioral health interventions, and coordinating care with pediatric providers and community resources. This role also supports parental mental health and ensures families receive timely, developmentally appropriate care tailored to their unique needs.
