Clinical Manager (RN) – PACE Program
Salary: $76,424 – $102,707
Requirements to Apply

Active RN license (North Carolina or eligible)

Graduate of accredited School of Nursing (Master’s preferred)

Minimum 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience

Experience in ambulatory care, home health, long-term care, or PACE preferred
-
Strong clinical assessment, IV skills, and geriatric care experience

BLS and First Aid certification required

Valid driver’s license
-
Proven leadership, training, and policy implementation experience
